Buying
- Can I buy on Kicks and Ice if I live outside of the US?
  - Yes, we ship internationally. Our shipping prices for international buyers is simple. $30 to Canada and $40 to every other country.
    Buyers are responsible for the duties and tax. We cannot send them as a gift or at a different value. If an international buyer refuses a package, it will be abandoned. Kicks and Ice is not responsible for the package once the package is refused.
- What form of payment does Kicks and Ice accept?
  - Buyers can pay with all major credit cards or PayPal. All sensitive information is stored with our payment processing company.
- Are returns or exchanges allowed on Kicks and Ice?
  - Kicks and Ice does not allow any refunds, exchanges or swapbacks. All purchases on Kicks and Ice are final. Refunds, exchanges, and swapbacks are not allowed.
    Should you have issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect size, or a concern regarding authenticity, please contact us at support@kicksandice.com.
- How long does it take to get my package?
  - It may take 1-9 days to receive your product from your order date and our goal is to get it to you as fast as possible.
    If something happens and your item can’t be delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will attempt to find you another pair at no additional cost, or provide a full refund.
- What are the shipping costs?
  - Shipping fees for sellers are free. Buyers pay a flat $14 at the time of checkout per item.
- Is everything 100% authentic?
  - Yes! All products that you buy from Kicks and Ice are 100% authentic. Kicks and Ice has industry experts on our team that specialize in spotting fakes. Once a product arrives at our offices from the seller, our verification team looks at every single product. No exceptions.
    They review every product to make sure they are legit and are also in the agreed upon condition. Once confirmed, the product will get sent to the buyer. If we determine a product is fake or not in right condition, we will refund the buyer, send the fakes back to the seller and if necessary, take action against the seller to remove them from Kicks and Ice.
Selling
- How do I sell on Kicks and Ice?
  - Click on the Sell button on the top or when you are in the product page
- As a seller, can I ship multiple items in one box?
  - Each order must be shipped separately with our label. This helps us for tracking and insurance purposes
- Can I sell on Kicks and Ice if I live outside of the US?
  - Currently we only allow sellers from the US to sell on Kicks and Ice. We will be opening up other countries soon.
- Who is responsible for shipping costs?
  - Shipping fees for sellers are free. Buyers pay a flat $14 at the time of checkout per item.
- Can a seller back out of a trade once it is confirmed?
  - Nope! All sales are binding. The penalty for failure to complete a sale is a minimum 15% fee (of the sales price) and suspension of your account. When the trade is confirmed, it can no longer can be canceled.
- When do I have to ship out the sneakers?
  - You have 2 full business days to ship out the sneakers. If you have an issue are not able to ship it out, please email support@kicksandice.com
- As a seller, how and when do I get paid?
  - Funds are not released to the seller until they pass our verification process (authentic and deadstock). Currently sellers are paid via PayPal
    Once verification is confirmed, it typically takes 1-2 business days for funds to arrive in your PayPal account.
- What happens if I don’t follow the rules?
  - If you don’t follow one of the rules, you may be charged with a 15% fee and a $14 shipping fee to return the product back to you. Check out our rules here
- What I want to sell a product thats not listed on Kicks and Ice?
  - You can request a product to be listed here.
